Terms and Conditions:

  • The Canada Stand is open to companies with more than 50% Canadian ownership and a Canadian address.

  • Registrants are strongly advised to complete their registration by December 1, 2012.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable.
    • Participants will not be registered with MIDEM until full payment is received.
    • All registration fees all fully refundable should the organizers cancel MIDEM.
    • Registrants who cancel their place on the Canada Stand at MIDEM prior to CIMA processing their registration with MIDEM will be entitled to a refund minus administration costs.
    • Refunds are not available once the registration has been processed by CIMA with MIDEM.
  • Initially you must register at least one participant. To do this login above and edit your registration form.
  • You can login above to add additional participants after your initial registration.
The registration process for Canada Stand at MIDEM 2013 is:

    1. Use the online form to register your company and participants - if you were registered with us last year your previous year's information will carry over into the form. Please carefully update that information to reflect your 2013 registration.
    2. CIMA will issue an invoice for the full amount by email.
    3. Once your invoice is paid in full, you will receive your MIDEM accreditation. At this point, we can reserve a hotel (download the hotel form here) on your behalf. Once accredited, you will be able to submit, update & verify your company listing for the published edition of the MIDEM Guide, and verify your online company listing (Priot to your paying, you will not be able to access any benefits and services).
    4. We will accept  registrations until Dec. 12th although CIMA reserves the right to close registration if the stand is full (FYI - in the past the stand has filled up as early as the first week of December). After this date please confirm availability with the Canada Stand Co-ordinator by email to tradeshows@cimamusic.ca.
    5. Participant agrees to supply bio material requested by CIMA by a specific date (TBA).
    6. Participant agrees to permit CIMA to post the name of the participating company.
    7. Participant agrees to complete a post-event survey by a deadline date specified by CIMA.
