Berlin To Stage Inaugural Music Week In 2010

POPKOMM celebrate two days of jazz. For the first time, JAZZKOMM will run September 8-9 2010 onsite at Airport Berlin Tempelhof during POPKOMM. JAZZKOMM is an international networking platform for professionals in contemporary jazz culture and presents a unique opportunity to showcase artists and music to a dedicated international audience of jazz buyers. Jazzkomm is free to all Canada Stand participants and features panels and info sessions with leading export offices, labels, promoters, managers and agents. Jazzkomm encourages dialogue to generate new perspectives and discover ways to reach a broader audience. International artists will be presented at the Jazzkomm Festival, which will take place at the Convention Center and extend into an evening program at various locations in the city.
